• Contact you about your removal enquiry
• Prepare and send you a quote
• Communicate about your booking if you proceed
• Submit your enquiry to our job management platform (i-mve) so our team can process and respond to it — this is a service processor acting on our behalf

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.

Legal basis for processing

We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

• Pre-contractual steps — processing your enquiry data to prepare a quote is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
• Legitimate interests — following up on submitted enquiries and maintaining booking records is in our legitimate interest as a business (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Legal obligation — retaining invoicing and financial records for 6 years is required by UK tax law (Article 6(1)(c)).

We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner. If you become a customer, booking and invoicing records are kept for 6 years for legal and tax purposes.

• i-mve — job management and quote processing platform. Enquiry data is submitted to i-mve so our team can process and respond to it.
• Supabase — secure cloud database used to store quote submissions. Data is held in an EU-region database with access controls enforced at the row level.
• Vercel — website hosting. Vercel processes standard web request logs (IP address, headers) in the course of serving this website.
• Google — analytics via Google Tag Manager. Aggregated, anonymised usage data only. No personal data is shared with Google.

All third-party processors are required to handle your data in compliance with UK GDPR and are not permitted to use it for any purpose other than providing their services to us.
