How far in advance should I schedule my move?
Four to six weeks is comfortable. Short-notice is accepted — fill out the form and we'll confirm quickly.
Do you provide packing services?
Yes. Our skilled team packs efficiently and securely, so your belongings arrive exactly as they left.
Are my belongings insured during the move?
Yes. Goods in transit and public liability insurance are included as standard on every job.
Which parts of London do you cover?
Throughout Greater London and the M25 corridor. Moving outside London? Get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Can you assist with furniture assembly at the new location?
Yes, furniture reassembly is included as part of the service.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 5 working days before your move: no charge. Between 2 and 5 working days: up to 50%. Within 48 hours: 100% of the removal charge.
